Instructional Design within the Graduate School of Education provides support for faculty members in the design and delivery of online courses and course content. Below you will find contact information for technical assistance with using UB Learns, WebEx and general computing issues (UBIT).
UB Learns
Blackboard on UB Learns is the Course Management System at UB. The UB Learns support team assists faculty in building/managing UB Learns courses and troubleshooting technical issues.
