Instructional Design within the Graduate School of Education provides support for faculty members in the design and delivery of online courses and course content. Below you will find contact information for technical assistance with using UBlearns, WebEx and general computing issues (UBIT).

UBlearns

Blackboard on UBlearns is the Course Management System at UB. The UBlearns support team asssists faculty in building and managing their UBlearns courses, and troubleshooting technical issues.

GSE Instructional Design

GSE Instructional Design is committed to supporting our faculty through individualized consultations, training events and resources.  Instructional designer, Ellen Sidey, can assist you with course development, design and refinement. Complete an Instructional Design Request form if you need assistance with online course development, suggestions for online assignments/assessments, using Web 2.0 tools, or to request a course review.
