Stop and label and process what you are feeling. If we can actually stop and give it a name, that can be really important and helpful.

Brandy Petrie, psychologist at Colorado College and GSE alum created a well-being checklist. Keeping a daily routine, listen to an uplifting happiness podcast or revive and old hobby. Aknowledge your your feelings and emotions. It can reduce anxiety. You can't heal what you can't feel.
