The Department of Educational Leadership and Policy prepares students to take leadership positions as scholars, administrators and policy analysts who positively impact education and educational organizations in Western New York, nationally and internationally. Students gain an understanding of the how and why of successful policy making and leadership. The flexibility of our programs allows students to work with world-class faculty in the classroom, in the field, on collaborative research and publication efforts. Classes are small, informal and engaging.
