Please review all of the materials as soon as you can. These will provide the resources and information needed to ensure a successful transition to your graduate studies, help you integrate into the community of scholars, manage your expectations, and get a good start on your academic career.

Student Resources Leading Up to Orientation

GSE's New Student Orientation program is designed as the first step of the transition to graduate school—introducing you to the people, values, expectations and resources of GSE and UB. Our fall orientation is the beginning of a socialization process that assists our graduate students as part of a longer, ongoing engagement with GSE to ensure that our students are able to thrive and meet their professional goals. Review core objectives, grouped by thematic focus.
