Karly Rakhim is an international doctoral mother student from Kazakhstan and a Presidential Fellow in the Higher Education PhD program in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy at the University at Buffalo. Her emerging research interests focus on how international doctoral students engage with generative AI tools in their academic and personal lives, along with broader themes of equity, leadership, and global higher education policy.
