Personality and Vocational Outcomes
My research interests focus on the measurement and assessment of personality and cognitive functioning, with an emphasis on understanding how these psychological factors influence various life outcomes. Specifically, I am interested in examining how personality traits and cognitive abilities shape vocational status, career adaptability and overall professional development. By exploring these relationships, my goal is to contribute to the development of more effective assessment tools and interventions that support individuals in optimizing their career trajectories and adapting to the evolving demands of the workforce.
