Thomas Rowley is currently working on his research component. Via qualitative interviews, he hopes to gather narratives from participants concerning their experiences of learning Spanish in the USA and how they become proficient interlocutors of the language. He also hopes to glean what the participant narratives tell us about language ideology in the USA. Thomas currently holds a BA in Spanish and an MA in Caribbean and Latin American studies.
