My PhD is informed by qualitative research in integrating and implementing policies and procedures for special education students in K to 12 by having detailed analysis of the policies of the USA and Canada compared to other countries, including developing countries. I aim to advocate and formulate policies for students with disabilities who are quickly neglected and forgotten in higher education.
