Oluwabunmi Alao is a graduate assistant and a PhD student at the University at Buffalo, specializing in Language Education and Multilingualism. Her research focuses on reimagining professional development for language teachers through technology-enhanced models for equitable multilingual instruction with the aim to enhance teacher capacity and educational equity helping teachers to meet the diverse needs of multilingual learners.

With over eight years of teaching experience in public, private, and non-governmental organizations, Oluwabunmi has honed expertise in English language teaching, teacher learning and professional development, and high-impact education research. Her work has fostered extensive professional networks and contributed to meaningful educational initiatives.
