Information Literacy
Heather F. Ball, MLitt, MLS, currently serves as the critical pedagogy librarian for student success and assistant professor at St. John's University. Her studies focus on equitable information literacy workshops delivered to first-year students of color. Her research interests and publications span qualitative and quantitative data analysis, assessment measures, information literacy instruction, digitization and encoding of historical manuscripts, Geoffrey of Monmouth and twelfth-century Britain.
