Take Your Love of History into Libraries Worldwide

Our combined degree program allows you to enhance your undergraduate studies in history with specialized graduate coursework in School Librarianship. Gain the knowledge and skills to obtain state-certified credentials and start a rewarding career as a K-12 teacher-librarian.

Students enrolled in this program will:

  • Earn a bachelor's and master's degree in five years, saving time and money.
  • Achieve degrees that could lead to immediate employment due to the shortage of school librarians.
  • Become well-prepared to contribute to the educational success of K–12 students.
  • Enhance the value of their degree through our program’s accreditation by the American Library Association.
